The Reebok EasyTone has been a huge success story, with women up and down the country enamoured by its great looks and even better bum toning and leg firming properties. Designed to turn walking and everyday activities into a toning session, the EasyTone took exercise out of the gym and allowed women to improve the shape of their bodies without any extra effort.

Whilst EasyTones give a workout whilst you walk, Reebok toning shoes have now been redeveloped to cope with more strenuous exercise and turbo charge all exercise routines, making them the most flexible and versatile toning shoes on the market. The recent release of Reebok RunTone trainers has added the option to increase cardiovascular work whilst still boosting toning to the calves, hamstrings, quads and buttocks. Designed for a faster pace, RunTone trainers improve stability and beef up the instability pads to better cope with the increased forces at play when moving at pace.

However Reebok have not been content with walking and running, and are now determined to get everyone back in the gym again. The latest toning shoe designs are aimed at aerobics and gym fanatics, who want to carry on with more energetic exercises, whilst getting the al important 28% more toning to the lower body, without having to leave the gym.

Reebok have now released the TrainTone, an intermediate model between the RunTone and the EasyTone, with reduced instability pads offering a shallower and lower profile design, better suited to gym sessions. Whilst the EasyTone added the instability, the TrainTone reduces it, improving balance without losing the benefits to body tone.

Reebok TrainTone trainers feature two instability pods located under the heel and the ball of the foot, which introduce micro-instabilities when training to boost the toning power of any exercise you take. More stable that the EasyTone, they are better suited to energetic gym sessions and are perfectly suited for the treadmill, stepper, and even free weight training.

If you want to hit the running machine, go to an aerobics session, take a Pilates class or even tone more with Yoga, these are the only toning shoes on the market which will allow you to increase the exercise whilst not running the risk of injury. Reebok have released the latest toning shoe style in a red rose and white colour scheme, which matches the great feminine look of the EasyTone range which won many women over to the Reebok ReeTone way of exercising. With the increased versatility they are sure to be as big a success story as the other styles in the range and if you want to get the maximum possible value from your exercise and toning session, then you’ll need a pair of Reebok TrainTone trainers on your feet.

Unfortunately for the men, Reebok TrainTones are only available in a women’s model initially, however with only a few weeks elapsed since the release of the Men’s RunTone trainer, the men have plenty to be getting to grips with for the time being.
