Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from Fitness Footwear

The run up to Christmas is always frantic at Fitness Footwear as deliveries arrive and have to be whisked out of the door the very same day to arrive just in time for Christmas day.

Now that’s it’s Christmas eve, things are a little quieter as we tidy up, organise ourselves for next year and at the end of the day exchange our secret santa gifts over a couple of drinks and some hot plates of food.

If you’ve made it through all the snow, ice and congestion to get to work today, you’re probably doing the same at your office as well.

Now that we’re packed up and ready to return in the New Year, our January Sale has already begun. The big red SALE banner is up to help is clear out last year’s stock to make room for all the new styles that will be flooding through our doors in a weeks time.

Just as well really when the paper predict that this year more than six million people will be shopping online during Christmas day. Surely they should be opening presents, eating a hearty Christmas dinner and taking the traditional Christmas stroll to walk off all that food? Either way, there’s plenty on offer in our Clearance Store.

It’s been a very busy year for us and an exciting one for our customers. The number of brands we stock has increased dramatically, as have the number of products available to buy. We now offer a bigger choice of sports and outdoor shoes than ever before as well as a new line of accessories from sports socks to hydration packs.

2010 is set to be our biggest year yet. We’re going to be pushing the boat out by offering our customers more onsite support in the form of guides and tutorials. We recently published a guide to the Top 5 walking boots to help point customers in the right direction when shopping for a new pair of walking boots.

With so much snow on the ground, lots of people are gearing up for the ski season and have already ordered a pair of warm snow boots to trudge to and from the ski resort bar in late and night.
